David Koretz

David Koretz founded BlueTie in March 1999. As its President and CEO, Mr. Koretz leads the Company's vision, strategy, and continued growth. Under his leadership, BlueTie has received many prestigious awards, including being named a Forbes Magazine "Best of the Web" company three years in a row, and one of the top 4 websites in the world for small businesses. Prior to founding BlueTie, Mr. Koretz served as CEO of several companies, including Network Marketing International, which during his tenure became the world's first Internet-based sales lead company. Mr. Koretz has been featured in hundreds of television, radio, and print features highlighting his successes and entrepreneurial spirit. Mr. Koretz is also the author of several patents in the area of email messaging and collaborative technology.
Jeremy Hunter
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

As Vice President of Product Strategy and Development Mr. Hunter is
responsible for directing BlueTie's product strategy as well as management
and development of the company's Collaboration and Featuretisements
products. One of the rare long-time veterans of the eCommerce industry, Mr.
Hunter has more than 11 years of experience in online product strategy,
development and marketing at both Internet start-ups and Fortune 100
companies. Prior to joining BlueTie he held increasingly senior positions in
marketing, product management, and product development with 800.com, Emery
Worldwide and Citigroup.
Larry Rutter
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING

Laurence (Larry) F. Rutter is Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is
responsible for overall sales and marketing strategy for BlueTie including
Collaboration and Featuretisements and business development for partners,
ISPs and Web Publishers.
Mr. Rutter is a 30 year veteran of high tech sales and sales management with
extensive channel experience. His most recent experience was as Global Sales
Director for Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he led an international sales
team driving Sun's Operating System, Solaris, for x86/64 platforms, into the
Global 2000.
Prior to that, Mr. Rutter served as Director of Sales Operations for Sun's
NorthEast Market Area, as well as Regional Director for the Boston
marketplace and Channel District Manager for all of the Northeast Area.
Victor Pinenkov
VICE PRESIDENT OF ARCHITECTURE & ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY & CO-CTO

Victor Pinenkov joined BlueTie in 1999, and has since served in various senior level IT positions within the company. As Vice President of Architecture and Advanced Technology, Mr. Pinenkov is responsible for managing BlueTie's application development and all IT engineers and staff. He is also responsible for management of BlueTie's software infrastructure.
Upon moving from Latvia to the United States in 1994, Mr. Pinenkov initiated his American education at Rochester Institute of Technology where he completed his Master of Science degree. Prior to joining BlueTie, Mr. Pinenkov held increasingly senior positions at Digital Corp and Rochester-based ICIS.
Jeff Lambert
VICE PRESIDENT OF IT OPERATIONS & CO-CTO

As BlueTie's Vice President of IT Operations, Jeffrey Lambert is responsible for the Systems and Network Administration groups at BlueTie, as well as managing Quality Assurance and BlueTie's corporate IT computing infrastructure including the build out, maintenance and operations of BlueTie's data centers. Mr. Lambert joined BlueTie as its first employee in March 1999 after working with Mr. Koretz at his previous company, Network Marketing International. The Systems and Network Administration groups are responsible for maintaining all of BlueTie's IT environments as well as improving the performance, scalability and reliability of BlueTie's suite of applications.
